By accessing or using any Maxvify service, website or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and all applicable Canadian laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. Maxvify ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or website posting.
Maxvify is an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription platform that provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic program guide (EPG) data through IBO Player and compatible applications. We operate as a content aggregation and streaming delivery service. Maxvify does not host, produce or own the content delivered through its platform.
Subscriptions are sold on a fixed-term, one-time-payment basis (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months). Subscriptions are not auto-renewing. You will receive a renewal reminder before your plan expires. A single subscription is licensed for use on one (1) device at a time. Multi-device packages are available upon request at additional cost.
You agree to use Maxvify solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:
Resellers must operate under a separate Reseller Agreement. Consumer accounts used for reselling without authorization will be terminated without refund.
Each subscription is locked to one IBO Player MAC address at a time. You may request one free MAC address transfer per calendar quarter. Additional transfers are available for a nominal administrative fee of $2.99 CAD each.
The channel and VOD catalogue is subject to change due to licensing, rights restrictions and technical factors outside our control. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific channel or title. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of significant catalogue changes.
All prices are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Accepted payment methods include Interac e-Transfer, credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be confirmed before subscription activation. We never store complete payment card information on our servers.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. To request a refund within this period, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. After 7 days from activation, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details including exception cases.
The Maxvify service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Maxvify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All Maxvify branding, website design, software and original content is the exclusive property of Maxvify and protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada for resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
